JulieRae Grace, age 62, of Ida Grove, Iowa passed away on Tuesday, September 3, 2019, at the Horn Memorial Hospital of Ida Grove, Iowa.
A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, September 7, 2019, at the Christensen-Van Houten Funeral Home of Ida Grove, Iowa. Pastor Chad Lierman will officiate. Inurnment will be held at a later date. A visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., Saturday, September 7, 2019, at the Christensen-Van Houten Funeral Home of Ida Grove, Iowa. JulieRae Grace, the daughter of Frank Keppelmann and Barbara Reed, was born on May 2, 1957, in Denver, Colorado. She grew up in Colorado and met her soulmate Merle Schmidt.
The couple lived in Colorado before relocating to Ida Grove, Iowa, to be closer to family. She enjoyed a hot cup of coffee with the ladies, social media, computer games, visiting with friends and fishing. JulieRae had a heart of gold and loved her terrier Fritz and her cockatiel Niblets.
Left to cherish her memory is her soulmate Merle Schmidt of Ida Grove, IA and a host of extended family and friends.
