“Elleen and Irvin were great fun in Arizona. We went on many ventures together like pecan picking and going to the Texas Roadhouse. Elleen and I enjoyed charity quilting in our park, attending Bookclub, visiting quilt shops, and regularly beating the men playing cribbage. Elleen always had a smile on her face and I never heard her say a negative thing about anyone, I think of her every time I make mock prime rib roast. We did have a wonderful time visiting Danbury and seeing what Iowa had to offer. I phoned Elleen a couple of weeks ago to tell her what a privilege it was to have a friend like her.”
