Condolences
I was deeply saddened upon just recently learning of your father's passing. A father is one of God's first gifts to our hearts and his love stays with us always. The pain of a loss reflects how deeply our hearts have loved. I have such pleasant recollections of your father's smile when I walked into your family's grocery store in my youth. May the memories of your father, Dick, and his great guidance help you find peace. My heartfelt condolences to both of you, your mother, Donna; sister, Beth; dear Carolyn, and the entire Hoelscher family. My prayers are with you.
”
May you gather strength from the memories and prayers that are surrounding you.

Sending Geier condolences from Council Bluffs! I remember visiting your house over the years and we always had a great time! Hugs to all!”
Dick was a good man and was very tolerant of the nonsense we kids came up with at times growing up in Odebolt.
He, as well as you all are in my thoughts and prayers.”
I just this evening learned of Dick's passing...I am so very sorry to hear this, but did know that he was having health problems for quite some time now. Nevertheless, I do know that the pain of losing someone you loved so much is no less. I am praying for you...that you can somehow find comfort now and peace in the days ahead. Take care of yourselves...See you soon.
LaDonna Miller ”
