Olga J. Dominick, age 90, of Mapleton, Iowa formerly of Battle Creek, Iowa passed away on Wednesday, October 21, 2015 at the Maple Heights Nursing Home of Mapleton, Iowa.

Graveside Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, October 26, 2015 at the Mount Hope Cemetery of Battle Creek, Iowa. The Reverend Kevin J. Freese will officiate. The Christensen - Van Houten Funeral Home of Battle Creek, Iowa is in charge of the funeral arrangements. Condolences may be sent online to www.christensenvanhouten.com 

Olga J. Dominick was born on July 14, 1925, in Battle Creek, Iowa, to Pete and Anna (Sorensen) Nielsen. She grew up in Battle Creek and graduated from Battle Creek High School.

Olga was united into marriage to Miles Emmett Dominick on December 24, 1953, in Sac City, Iowa. Olga and Emmett loved to travel and lived in numerous areas.

She is survived by her two brothers, Pete Nielsen and Einar Nielsen; sister-in-law, Harriet Nielsen; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Olga is preceded in death by her parents, Pete and Anna Nielsen; husband, Miles Emmett Dominick; four brothers and their spouses, Wilfred, Howard, Martin, and Chris; sister and spouse, Frieda Chisholm.
