“Just saw where Dennis had passed away. During my time in Ida Grove he was always or took the time to fix a problem. When I moved to Storm Lake I had Dennis come up a few times to fix a furnace or plumbing issue. He was a very kind and considerate person. Condolences to the family.

“I am so, sorry to hear the news of Dennis's passing. We had a lot of fun of growing up on neighboring farms, riding the Scranton school bus, and being a class behind Dennis. May your memories be a comfort in days ahead and may God be the hands to hold you up on the long days.
Sincerely,
Sue Winkelman Sondag”

“ Dennis will be fondly remembered by all who knew him. I mainly knew him as a child, but then he came to Idaho for his Nieces wedding (my daughter, Angela Van Sickler Westin) I was so happy to see him and the rest of the brothers...It means so much now that Robert and Kay are gone as well. They have always been kind to me and included me in the family for which I am grateful especially now that I am older. Peace to Dennis and the family.
Love, Jewel Rene'

““ What to say about Dennis, except that he will be missed by this community. He would drive around town in his van hauling on his trailer a snow blower and digging people out of snow storms. We were one of the many people he has helped and he never ask nor wanted anything in return. He was a kind hearted man that was always there to fix your plumbing or electrical work…Rest In Peace plumber man you will be missed “ ”
